In re: Melinda Markham, MBE No. 30218            

ORDER

Now at this day, the Court being sufficiently advised of and concerning the premises, the Court does find that Respondent violated Rules 4-1.3, 4-1.5, 4-8.4(c), 4-1.5(f) and 4-8.4(c) of the Rules of Professional Conduct and should be disciplined;

Now, therefore, it is ordered that Respondent, Melinda Markham is hereby suspended from the practice of law and that no petition for reinstatement will be entertained for a period of three years from the date of this order.
 
It is further ordered that Melinda Markham, comply in all respect with Rule 5.27 - Notification of clients and counsel.
 
Fee of $1,000.00 pursuant to Rule 5.19(h) assessed against Respondent payable to the Clerk of this Court for the benefit of the Advisory Committee Fund.

Costs taxed to Respondent.
