ORDER
Now on this 2nd day of April, 2012, this Court having reviewed the information filed herein on the 9th day of February, 2012, and finding that there is probable cause to believe that the Respondent has committed professional misconduct and poses a substantial threat of irreparable harm to the public, it is hereby ordered that Respondent is suspended from the practice of law pending resolution of any disciplinary charges that may be filed against him under Rule 5.11. Said suspension shall remain in place until further order of the Court.
