Note: Steven P. Gartenberg was previously suspended by order of the Court dated March 31, 2010.
ORDER
WHEREAS, the Chief Disciplinary Counsel having filed a motion for final
discipline pursuant to Rule 5.21(c) informing the Court that Respondent, Steven P. Gartenberg, having previously been suspended pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 5.24, was found guilty of two counts of mail fraud in United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri in Case No. 4:11CR94R WS, entitled United States of America, Plaintiff, vs. Steven P. Gartenberg, Defendant, and said conviction is now final; and
The Court finding that Respondent is guilty of professional misconduct and should be disciplined;
Now, therefore, it is ordered by the Court that the said Steven P. Gartenberg be, and he is hereby, disbarred, that his right and license to practice law in the State of Missouri is canceled and that his name be stricken from the roll of attorneys in this State.
It is further ordered that the said Steven P. Gartenberg comply in all respects with Rule 5.27 - Notification of Clients and Counsel.
Costs taxed to Respondent.
