In re: Edward J. Griesedieck III, MBE No. 33483
ORDER
Whereas, the Chief Disciplinary Counsel has filed an information informing the Court that Respondent, Edward J. Griesedieck III, has pled guilty to a violation of Title 18 U.S.C. 1033(b)(1) in case number 412CR-00156CEJ, in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri and the Court having considered the said information; and
An order to show cause why Respondent should not be suspended from the practice of law pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 5.21(a) having been issued by this Court on April 25, 2012, and the Court having fully considered Respondent’s response thereto;
It is ordered that Respondent, Edward J. Griesedieck III, be and he is hereby suspended from the practice of law pending the final disposition of any disciplinary proceeding based upon such conviction or misconduct which resulted in said conviction.
It is further ordered that Respondent immediately advise this Court when disposition of any appeal regarding this conviction shall have become final.
It is further ordered that Edward J. Griesedieck III, comply in all respect with Rule 5.27-Notification of clients and counsel.
Costs taxed to Respondent.
