In re: Paul S. Franco, MBE No. 45122

ORDER

The Chief Disciplinary Counsel having filed an information and motion for discipline pursuant to Rule 5.20 advising this Court of its finding, after investigation, that Respondent, Paul S. Franco was suspended for a period of six months by the United States Court of Appeals, Tenth Circuit pursuant to the order of that Court in Case No. 12-800, entitled In re: Paul S. Franco, issued on February 14, 2012; and

This Court issued a show cause order to Respondent and having reviewed Respondent’s response to the same;

The discipline imposed by the United States Court of Appeals, Tenth Circuit was the result of conduct that allegedly violates Rules 4-1.1, 4-1.3, 4-3.2 and 4-8.4(d) of the Missouri Rules of Professional Conduct, and

The Court finds that Respondent has violated the specified Rules of Professional Conduct and should be disciplined;

Now, therefore, it is ordered by the Court that the motion for discipline is sustained and that Respondent, Paul S. Franco, is hereby reprimanded.

Costs taxed to Respondent.
