ORDER
The Chief Disciplinary Counsel having filed an information seeking discipline pursuant to Rule 5.21, advising the Court that on April 7, 2006, Respondent pleaded guilty to two counts of the class C felony of possession of a controlled substance and one count of the class D felony of attempt to possess a controlled substance on April 7, 2006, in the Circuit Court of St. Louis County in case number 05CR-4653 and that sentencing was deferred until July 7, 2007, with Respondent to participate in the Drug Court Program;
Now at this day, the Court being sufficiently advised of and concerning the premises does find that Respondent has violated Rules 4-8.4(a), 4-8.4(b), 4-8.4(c), and 4-8.4(d) of the Rules of Professional Conduct and should be disciplined;
Now, Therefore, it is ordered that Respondent, Thomas J. Noonan, is hereby suspended from the practice of law in this state and that said suspension is hereby stayed until further order of the Court. Respondent is hereby placed on probation pursuant to Rule 5.225. In addition to the conditions of probation set forth in Rule 5.225, Respondent shall comply with all requirements of the Drug Court Program.
Respondent shall advise the Office of Chief Disciplinary Counsel in writing within ten days of the final disposition of said offenses as to the final resolution of said offenses. The Chief Disciplinary Counsel shall file a status report with the Court within 30 days of the receipt of Respondent’s documentation advising the Court of the status of this matter.
Respondent’s motion for this Court to hear the cause or refer to a master overruled.
Costs taxed to Respondent.
