In Re: Michael Eugene Lazzo, MBE #35256

ORDER

The Chief Disciplinary Counsel having filed an information and motion for discipline pursuant to Rule 5.20 advising this Court of its finding, after investigation, that Respondent, Michael Eugene Lazzo, was censured by the Kansas Supreme Court pursuant to the opinion of that Court in Case No. 97,219, entitled In the Matter of: Michael E. Lazzo, issued on February 2, 2007; and

This Court having issued a show cause order to Respondent, and Respondent having filed a response to the show cause order on March 1, 2007; and

The discipline imposed by the Kansas Supreme Court was the result of conduct that allegedly violates Rules 4-3.3(d) and 4-8.4(d) of the Missouri Rules of Professional Conduct, and

The Court finds that Respondent has violated the specified Rules of Professional Conduct and should be disciplined;

Now, therefore, it is ordered by the Court that Respondent, Michael Eugene Lazzo, is hereby reprimanded.

Costs taxed to Respondent.
