ORDER
On January 29, 2007, an order of disbarment due to default issued in the above-entitled cause. Respondent filed a motion to set aside order of disbarment on March 5, 2007. The Chief Disciplinary Counsel and Respondent filed a joint motion to set aside default order of disbarment and stipulation for recommended discipline on March 22, 2007;
The Court finds Respondent is guilty of professional misconduct for violation of Rules 4-1.3, 4-1.4, 4-8.4(c) and 4-1.15 and should be disciplined.
Now, therefore, it is ordered by the Court that the motion of Respondent to set aside order of disbarment filed on March 5, 2007, is overruled. The joint motion to set aside default disbarment is hereby sustained, the order of disbarment issued on January 29, 2007, is hereby set aside and the said Elbert Dorsey is hereby reprimanded.
Costs taxed to Respondent.
