ORDER

Now at this day, the parties having filed a stipulation of concurrence with the decision of the Disciplinary Hearing Panel and the Court being sufficiently advised of and concerning the premises;

The Court finds that the Respondent violated Rules 4-1.3 and 4-1.4 of the Rules of Professional Conduct and should be disciplined;

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED by this Court that the Respondent, John J. Allan, is hereby reprimanded.

Costs taxed to Respondent.
