In re: Garrett C. Collier, MBE No. 54611
ORDER
Now at this day, the Chief Disciplinary Counsel having filed a statement of acceptance of the decision of the Disciplinary Hearing Panel and the Court being sufficiently advised of and concerning the premises does find that Respondent violated Rule 4-1.3, 4-1.4(a), 4-8.1(c), 4-1.15(c), 4-8.4(c), and 4-5.5 of the Rules of Professional; and
The Court finds that Respondent is guilty of professional misconduct and should be disciplined;
Now, therefore, it is ordered by the Court that the said Garrett Charles Collier, be, and he is hereby, disbarred, that his right and license to practice law in the State of Missouri be canceled and that his name be stricken from the roll of attorneys in this State.
It is further ordered that the said Garrett Charles Collier comply in all respects with Rule 5.27 - Notification of Clients and Counsel.
Fee pursuant to Rule 5.19(h) in the amount of $2000.00 payable to the Clerk of this Court to the credit of the Advisory Committee Fund taxed to Respondent.
Costs taxed to Respondent.
