ORDER


Now at this day, the Court being sufficiently advised of and concerning the premises, and Informant having filed a statement of acceptance of the decision of the Disciplinary Hearing Panel, the Court does find that Respondent violated Rules 4-1.15(d)(2), 4-1.15(c), and 4-8.4(c) of the Rules of Professional Conduct and should be disciplined;

Now, therefore, it is ordered that Respondent, Michael Anthony Peetz, is hereby suspended from the practice of law and that no petition for reinstatement will be entertained for a period of six months from the date of this order. Said suspension is hereby stayed and Respondent placed on probation for a period of one year from the date of this order. The terms of probation shall be those terms set forth in the term and conditions of probation filed herein.

Fee pursuant to Rule 5.19(h) in the amount of $1000.00 payable to the Clerk of this Court to the credit of the Advisory Committee Fund taxed to Respondent.

Costs taxed to Respondent.
