In re: W. Scott Pollard, MBE #19281

ORDER

Pursuant to Rule 5.19(c), the Chief Disciplinary Counsel filed in this Court the stipulation of the parties filed before the Disciplinary Hearing Panel and the decision of the Disciplinary Hearing Panel adopting said stipulation; and

Thereafter, said cause was briefed and argued in this Court.

Being fully advised in the premises, the Court finds that Respondent, W. Scott Pollard, has violated Rules 4-8.4(a), 4-1.1, 4-1.3, 4-1.4, 4-1.5, 4-1.16 and 4-5.5 of the Rules of Professional Conduct and should be disciplined.

The Court having carefully weighed all factors, including aggravating and mitigating factors.

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED by this Court that Respondent, W. Scott Pollard, be and he is hereby reprimanded.

Informant’s motion to supplement the record is overruled as moot.

It is further ordered that costs be taxed to the Respondent.
