In Re: Jerry Hudson Shepard, Jr., MBE # 58439

ORDER

Jerry Hudson Shepard, Jr., having filed in this Court a motion to voluntarily surrender his license to practice law in this state; and

The Court having received the Chief Disciplinary Counsel’s report and recommendation and response of Petitioner which advised that Petitioner has engaged in conduct that violates Rules 4-8.4(b), 4-8.4(c), and 4-8.4(d) of the Rules of Professional Conduct.

The Court, thus advised, now orders that the surrender of the license of Jerry Hudson Shepard, Jr., be accepted and that said license be canceled.

It is further ordered that the name of Jerry Hudson Shepard, Jr., be stricken from the roll of attorneys in this state, that he be disbarred, and that his right and license to practice law in this state is hereby terminated.

It is further ordered that the said Jerry Hudson Shepard, Jr., comply in all respects with Rule 5.27 - Notification of Clients and Counsel.

Costs taxed to Petitioner.
