ORDER

WHEREAS, the parties have filed a stipulation of concurrence pursuant to Rule 5.19(c) concurring with the order of the Disciplinary Hearing Panel accepting the agreed disposition and recommended discipline of the parties, which included a joint stipulation of facts;

The Court finds Respondent has violated Rules 4-8.4(a), 4-8.4(c), 4-8.4(d), 6.01(a), 6.01(f), 4-5.5, 4-1.3, 4-3.2, 4-1.16(d) and 4-1.4 of the Rules of Professional Conduct and should be disciplined.

Now, Therefore, it is ordered that Respondent, Robert L. Desselle, be, and he is hereby, suspended from the practice of law in this state, and no petition for reinstatement will be entertained for a period of six months from the date of this order.

It is further ordered that Robert L. Desselle comply in all respect with Rule 5.27 - Notification of Clients and Counsel.

Costs taxed to Respondent.
