Note: Mr. Taylor's probation was terminated by order dated February 29, 2016.
ORDER
Now at this day, having fully considered Petitioner’s application for reinstatement, after discipline, to practice law in the State of Missouri, and having considered the report and recommendation of the Chief Disciplinary Counsel, the Court doth order and adjudge that said application of Scott Gregory Taylor is hereby approved and that said Scott Gregory Taylor is hereby reinstated to practice law in the State of Missouri as a member of The Missouri Bar in good standing.
Petitioner is hereby placed on probation pursuant to Rule 5.225 for a period of three years from the date of this order. The terms of probation shall be as set forth on pages 3, 4, and 5 of the recommendation of the Chief Disciplinary Counsel filed herein and those conditions set forth in Rule 5.225.
Costs taxed to Petitioner.
