In re:  Eugene R. Milzark,   MBE No. 53840


ORDER


WHEREAS, the Chief Disciplinary Counsel has filed a motion for final discipline pursuant to Rule 5.21(c) informing the Court that Respondent, Eugene R. Milzark, pled guilty to a class D felony in violation of section 565.090, RSMo, in St. Louis County Circuit Court Case No. 12SL-CR00375-01 and said conviction is now final;

The Court finds that Respondent is guilty of professional misconduct and should be disciplined;

Now, therefore, it is ordered by the Court that Eugene R. Milzark is hereby disbarred, that his right and license to practice law in the State of Missouri is canceled and that his name be stricken from the roll of attorneys in this State.

It is further ordered that the said Eugene R. Milzark comply in all respects with 5.27 –Procedure Following a Disbarment or Suspension order.

Costs taxed to Respondent.
