ORDER
Now at this day, having fully considered Petitioner’s application for reinstatement to practice law in the State of Missouri, and the recommendation of the Chief Disciplinary Counsel approving such reinstatement with the condition of probation, the Court doth order and adjudge that the application of David Joseph Fingerhut is approved and that David Joseph Fingerhut is reinstated to practice law in the State of Missouri as a member of The Missouri Bar in good standing.
Petitioner is hereby placed on probation pursuant to Rule 5.225 for a period of eighteen months from the date of this order. The terms of probation shall be as set forth in the terms and conditions of probation filed herein by the Office of Chief Disciplinary Counsel.
Costs taxed to Petitioner.
