In re:  Barbara T. Peebles,   MBE No. 36220           

ORDER

The Commission on Retirement, Removal, and Discipline filed “Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, and Recommendation” seeking discipline against Respondent for misconduct.
 
After reviewing the complete record filed and the parties’ briefs and conducting oral argument, the Court finds that Respondent engaged in misconduct under article V, section 24 of the Missouri Constitution.
 
In light of the foregoing misconduct, Respondent is suspended from office, without pay, for a period of six months beginning April 1, 2013.
