Note: The Court terminated Mr. Buchli's probation by order dated December 19, 2016.
This Court issued an order of interim suspension on October 9, 2002, and an order of
disbarment issued on April 8, 2005, as a result of a conviction that has now been set aside. Those
orders are hereby vacated and it is ordered that Richard I. Buchli II, is reinstated to practice law
in the State of Missouri as a member of The Missouri Bar in good standing. Respondent is
hereby placed on probation pursuant to Rule 5.225 for a period of three years from the date of
this order. The terms of probation shall be as set forth in Informant’s response to the Court’s
March 15, 2013, order filed herein.
Costs taxed to Respondent.
