In re:  Charles R. Willis,   MBE No. 23073

ORDER

WHEREAS, the Chief Disciplinary Counsel filed an information and motion for interim suspension pursuant to Rule 5.23 (c) advising that Respondent contends that he is disabled from continuing to practice law by reason of mental infirmity;

The Court now being fully advised of and concerning the premises, and pursuant to Rule 5.23(c) of the Rules of Professional Conduct, hereby orders Respondent suspended from the practice of law until a determination is made as to his capacity to continue the practice of law.

It is further ordered that the Disciplinary Hearing Panel currently assigned to review Respondent’s conduct shall hold a hearing on the issue of whether Respondent is disabled from the practice of law and file findings of fact with this Court if a waiver of said hearing is not filed in this cause within thirty days of the date of this order.

It is further ordered that Respondent, Charles R. Willis, comply in all respect with Rule 5.27 - Notification of clients and counsel.

Costs taxed to Respondent.
