ORDER
Now at this day, having seen and fully considered Petitioner’s application for reinstatement to practice law in the State of Missouri, and the response of the Chief Disciplinary Counsel regarding the same, the Court doth order and adjudge that said application of Del F. Phillips be, and the same is hereby approved and that said Del F. Phillips be, and he is hereby reinstated to practice law in the State of Missouri as a member of the Missouri Bar in good standing and Petitioner is hereby placed on probation pursuant to Rule 5.225(i) for a period of one year from the date of this order. The terms of probation are set forth in Rule 5.225(i) and in Exhibit 1 attached to the response of the Chief Disciplinary Counsel filed in the above-entitled cause.
Costs taxed to Petitioner.
