ORDER
Now at this day, the Court being sufficiently advised of and concerning the premises, and Informant and Respondent having filed a statement of acceptance of the decision of the Disciplinary Hearing Panel, the Court does find that Respondent violated Rules 4-1.3, 4-8.4(c)
and 4-8.4(d) of the Rules of Professional Conduct and should be disciplined;
Now, therefore, it is ordered that Respondent, Richard Arthur Abrams, is hereby reprimanded with requirements. The requirements of ethics school and to maintain malpractice insurance are set forth in an exhibit to the first amended stipulation filed herein.
Fee pursuant to Rule 5.19(h) in the amount of $1000.00 payable to the Clerk of this Court to the credit of the Advisory Committee Fund taxed to Respondent.
Costs taxed to Respondent.
