When cases are scheduled to be considered by the Missouri Court of Appeals, Western District, the court publishes a monthly "docket," or listing, of all the cases scheduled for argument. If a motion to permit virtual oral argument has been granted in a case, the oral argument will be conducted by Webex (an internet based platform).

If an oral argument is conducted by Webex, anyone wanting to listen to a Webex oral argument should email WDOralArgs@courts.mo.gov requesting the access information to listen to the argument no later than 48 hours in advance of the scheduled argument. The request must include your email address, the telephone number you will be using to access the oral argument, the case name, the case number, and the date and time of the scheduled argument. You will be e-mailed the telephone number and meeting access number to listen to the oral argument by telephone over Webex.

Audio recordings are available for all oral arguments. To request a link to access an audio recording of an oral argument, please email WDCOA@courts.mo.gov and identify the case name, case number, and the date of the oral argument
