ORDER
WHEREAS, the Chief Disciplinary Counsel has filed an information and motion for interim suspension informing the Court that Respondent, Michael C. Stoffregen, was convicted on May 21, 2013, of one felony count for violation of 26 U.S.C. §7202 and one misdemeanor count for violation of 26 U.S.C. §7203 in the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri, Southern Division, in case no. 13-03039-01-CR-S-BP and the Court having considered the said information; and
An order to show cause why Respondent should not be suspended from the practice of law pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 5.21(a) was issued by this Court on June 18, 2013, and Respondent failed to file a response to the same;
It is ordered that Respondent, Michael C. Stoffregen, be and he is hereby suspended from the practice of law pending the final disposition of any disciplinary proceeding based upon such convictions or misconduct that resulted in said convictions.
It is further ordered that Respondent immediately advise this Court when disposition of any appeal shall become final.
It is further ordered that Michael C. Stoffregen comply in all respect with Rule 5.27-Procedure Following a Disbarment or Suspension Order.
Costs taxed to Respondent.
