ORDER

WHEREAS, the Chief Disciplinary Counsel has filed an Information informing the Court that Respondent, Nathan DeMille Cooper, has pleaded guilty to one felony count of false statements with respect to material facts in an application and document required by the immigration laws and regulations prescribed thereunder and knowingly presented and caused to be presented such application and document, which contained such false statements, in violation of Title 18 U.S.C. sections 1546(a) and 2 and one felony count of knowingly and willfully making false and fraudulent statements and representations in an application for Alien Employment and Certification seeking labor certification for 110 unnamed aliens in violation of Title 18 U.S.C. sections 1001 and 2 and Respondent agreed to an entry of a judgment for criminal forfeiture in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri in Case No.4:07CR00462JCH entitled United States of America, Plaintiff, vs. Nathan Cooper, Defendant, and the Court having considered the said Information; and

An order to show cause why Respondent should not be suspended from the practice of law pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 5.21(a) having been issued by this Court and Respondent having filed a response thereto;

It is ordered that Respondent, Nathan DeMille Cooper, be, and he is hereby, suspended from the practice of law pending the final disposition of any disciplinary proceeding based upon such conviction or misconduct that resulted in said conviction.

It is further ordered that Respondent, Nathan DeMille Cooper, immediately advise this Court when disposition of any appeal shall have become final.

It is further ordered that Respondent, Nathan DeMille Cooper, comply in all respect with Rule 5.27 - Notification of clients and counsel.

Costs taxed to Respondent.
