Note: By order dated December 6, 2018, the Supreme Court of Missouri terminated Yorke's probation.


ORDER

Now on this day, the Court being sufficiently advised of and concerning the premises, and said cause having been fully briefed and argued, the Court finds Respondent, Jay R. Yorke, Missouri Bar Number 35023, violated Rules 4-1.3, 4-1.4, 4-3.2 and 4-8.4(d) of the Rules of Professional Conduct and should be disciplined.
 
In accordance with previous disciplinary decisions of this Court, the Court suspends Jay R. Yorke from the practice of law indefinitely with no leave to apply for reinstatement for a period of one year. The suspension is stayed and Respondent is placed on probation as provided in Rule 5.225 for a period of three years. The probation period shall begin as of the date of this order. The conditions of probation shall be those set forth in the terms and
conditions of probation attached to the parties’ joint stipulation filed herein. Should probation be revoked and the suspension take effect, no petition for reinstatement shall be entertained for a period of one year from the date the suspension becomes effective.
 
Fee pursuant to Rule 5.19(h) in the amount of $1000.00 payable to the Clerk of this Court to the credit of the Advisory Committee Fund taxed to Respondent.
 
Costs taxed to Respondent.
