In re: Linda F. Jarman, MBE No. 39927


ORDER


Now at this day, the Court having previously issued an order on November 17, 2009, suspending Respondent from the practice of law for a period of six months with a stay of said suspension and placing the Respondent on probation for two years; and

Informant having filed a motion for order to show cause why probation should not be revoked on October 7, 2013; and

This Court having issued a show cause order to Respondent on October 7, 2013, and Respondent having filed a response to the show cause order on October 23, 2013;

The Court finds that Respondent has violated her probation as a result of violating conditions 2, 7, and condition 3 of her probation due to violations of Rules 4-1.1, 4-1.3, 4-1.4,
4-1.5, and 4-1.16(d) of the Rules of Professional Conduct.

Now, therefore, Linda F. Jarman’s probation is revoked, the stay previously issued is vacated, and pursuant to the order of this Court dated November 17, 2009, Respondent, Linda F. Jarman, is hereby suspended from the practice of law in this state and no application for reinstatement shall be entertained by this Court for a period of six months from the date of this order.

It is further ordered that Linda F. Jarman comply in all respects with Rule 5.27-Notification of Clients and Counsel.

Costs taxed to Respondent.
