Note: Mr. Trotter's probation was terminated by order dated January 21, 2016.


ORDER


Now at this day, the Court being sufficiently advised of and concerning the premises, after briefing and argument by the parties, the Court does find that Respondent, Al Don Trotter, violated Rules 4-1.5(c), 4-1.5(e), 4-1.7 and 4-1.9 of the Rules of Professional Conduct and should be disciplined.

Upon consideration of these findings, previous decisions of this Court, ABA Standards for Imposing Lawyer Discipline, and aggravating and mitigating circumstances, the Court orders that Respondent, Al Don Trotter, is hereby placed on probation for a period of two years from the date of this order in accordance with Rule 5.225. Respondent is further ordered to comply with the terms and conditions of probation attached to the decision of the disciplinary hearing panel filed herein on May 30, 2013.

Fee pursuant to Rule 5.19(h) in the amount of $1500.00 payable to the clerk of this Court to the credit of the Advisory Committee Fund taxed to Respondent.

Costs taxed to Respondent.
