ORDER
The Chief Disciplinary Counsel having filed an information and motion for
reciprocal discipline pursuant to Rule 5.20 advising this Court of its finding, after
investigation, that Respondent, Caryn H. Nadenbush, was suspended from practice of law
by the Supreme Court of Illinois pursuant to the January 18, 2013, order of that Court in
Case No. M.R. 25622, entitled In re: Nadenbush;
Said discipline was the result of conduct that violated Rules 4-3.5(b), 4-8.1(a) and
4-8.4(c) and (d) of the Rules of Professional Conduct; and
On June 5, 2013, this Court issued a show cause order to Respondent and
Respondent filed a response to the same and pursuant to the order of the Court this cause
was thereafter briefed and submitted on briefs;
The Court finds that Respondent has violated the Rules of Professional Conduct
and should be disciplined;
Now, therefore, it is ordered by the Court that the motion for discipline is
sustained and that Respondent, Caryn H. Nadenbush, is suspended from the practice of
law in this state and that no application for reinstatement shall be entertained by this
Court for a period of six months from the date of this order.
It is further ordered that the Respondent, Caryn H. Nadenbush, comply in all
respects with Rule 5.27 – Procedure Following a Disbarment or Suspension Order.
Costs taxed to Respondent.
