In re: Robert M. Cook, MBE No. 28557


ORDER

The Chief Disciplinary Counsel having filed an information and motion for
reciprocal discipline pursuant to Rule 5.20 advising this Court of its finding, after investigation, that Respondent, Robert M. Cook, was disbarred from practice of law by the Supreme Court of Arizona pursuant to the November 4, 2013, judgment of that Court in Case No. PDJ-2013-9095, entitled In the matter of a suspended member of the State Bar of Arizona, Robert M. Cook, Respondent.

Said discipline was the result of conduct that violated Rules 4-1.1, 4-1.2, 4-1.3, 4-1.4, 4-1.5, 4-1.6, 4-1.7, 4-1.8, 4-1.16, 4-3.1, 4-3.2, 4-3.3, 4-8.1, and 4-8.4 of the Rules of Professional Conduct; and

On December 31, 2013, this Court issued a show cause order to Respondent and Respondent failed to file a response to the same;

The Court finds that Respondent has violated the Rules of Professional Conduct and should be disciplined;

Now, therefore, it is ordered by the Court that the motion for discipline is sustained and that Respondent, Robert M. Cook, is hereby disbarred, that his right and license to practice law in the State of Missouri is canceled and that his name is stricken from the roll of attorneys in this State.

It is further ordered that Robert M. Cook comply in all respects with 5.27 – Procedure Following a Disbarment or Suspension Order.

Costs taxed to Respondent.
