In re: Tabitha S. Pruitt, MBE No. 49271
ORDER
Now at this day, the Court having previously issued an order on April 30, 2013, suspending Respondent from the practice of law with a stay of said suspension and placing the Respondent on probation; and
Informant having filed a motion for order to show cause why probation should not be revoked on January 13, 2014; and
This Court issued a show cause order to Respondent on January 14, 2014. Respondent filed a response to the show cause order on January 30, 2014;
The Court finds that Respondent has violated conditions 2a and 5 of her probation as set forth in the order of this Court dated April 30, 2013;
Now, therefore, Tabitha Sue Pruitt’s probation is revoked, the stay previously issued is vacated, and the sanction specified in this Court’s April 30, 2013, order is imposed.
Respondent, Tabitha Sue Pruitt is hereby suspended from the practice of law in this state and no application for reinstatement shall be entertained by this Court for a period of one year from the date of this order.
It is further ordered that Tabitha Sue Pruitt comply in all respects with Rule 5.27-Procedure Following a Disbarment or Suspension Order.
Costs taxed to Respondent.
