In re: Catherine Earnshaw-Hobbs, MBE No. 23452
ORDER
Now at this day, the Court being sufficiently advised of and concerning the premises, and having reviewed the stipulation of the parties and the decision of the Disciplinary Hearing Panel, the Court finds that Respondent is guilty of misconduct as a result of violations of Rules 4-8.4(a), 4-1.3, 4-1.15(d) and 4-8.4(d) of the Rules of Professional Conduct and should be disciplined;
Now, therefore, it is ordered that Respondent, Catherine Earnshaw- Hobbs, is hereby suspended indefinitely from the practice of law and that no petition for reinstatement will be entertained for a period of six months from the date of this order.
It is further ordered that Catherine Earnshaw-Hobbs, comply in all respects with Rule 5.27 – Procedure Following a Disbarment or Suspension Order.
Fee pursuant to Rule 5.19(h) in the amount of $1,000.00 payable to the Clerk of this Court to the credit of the Advisory Committee Fund taxed to Respondent.
Costs taxed to Respondent.
