Probation terminated by order dated January 9, 2015
ORDER
The Chief Disciplinary Counsel having filed an information and motion for reciprocal discipline pursuant to Rule 5.20 advising this Court of its finding, after investigation, that Respondent, Jeffrey M. Johns, was suspended from the practice of law by the Supreme Court of Kansas and Illinois as a result of a felony conviction for driving under the influence in the State of Kansas; and
On April 1, 2014, this Court issued a show cause order to Respondent and Respondent filed a response to the same;
The Court finds that Respondent has violated the Rules of Professional Conduct and should be disciplined;
Now, therefore, it is ordered by the Court that the motion for discipline is sustained and that Respondent, Jeffrey M. Johns, is hereby suspended from the practice of law in this state for six months from the date of this order. Said suspension is stayed and Respondent is hereby placed on probation for a period of six months from this date. The terms of probation shall be those set forth in forth in Rule 5.225.
Costs taxed to Respondent.
