Can I pay
a violations bureau eligible ticket using Pay By Web?  | 
| To plead guilty and pay your fine and court costs for a statewide violations bureau eligible ticket prior to your court date, use the Plead and Pay option.  |

| 2. | Can I pay multiple cases with one payment
transaction?  | 
| No, you can only make one payment per case at a
time. When you have completed the
payment you may return to the Pay By Web Home page and process another payment.

| 3. | Will I get a receipt when paying online?  | 
| Yes, after hitting the submit button on the
Verification screen, you will receive a confirmation page with a payment
confirmation number. You can print this
page or receive an e-mail confirmation if you entered your e-mail 
address on the payment page. Please keep this confirmation information; 
you will not receive anything from
the court in the form of a receipt.  |

| 4. | Why can't I access my case from the Pay By Web Home page? | 
| You must enter the correct case number and
court location to make a payment on the case. If you are not able to retrieve the information through the Pay By Web
Home page, you may search Case.net to
find your case.  |

| 5. | Does the online system store my payment
information?  | 
| No, the information is only taken for the single
transaction and is not stored anywhere in our system.  |

| 6. | If I make my payment online, do I still need to
show up for court? | 
| The Pay By Web online system is only a tool to
make payment more convenient. You still must appear for court dates.   |

| 7. | Why can't I pay all my cases through the
online payment system? | 
| Currently not all case types are eligible to be
paid through Pay By Web; only disposed cases with balances due. If you are unable to find your case using
the various search options, please contact the court in which your case was
filed.  |

Will making a payment on my case or paying my case in full using Pay By Web for a post disposition case automatically withdraw the warrant? | 
| No. You must contact the court regarding the status of your warrant.  |
