In re: Patrick D. Beeman, MBE # 30033

ORDER

The Chief Disciplinary Counsel having filed a motion for discipline pursuant to Rule 5.21(c) advising this Court of its finding, after investigation, that Respondent, Patrick D. Beeman, pled guilty to one felony count of violation of 18 U.S.C. 1341 and 1346 in the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri in Case No. 07-00133-01-CR-W-HFS and that Respondent’s conviction is finally disposed for the purposes of Rule 5.21(c);

Respondent having previously been suspended from the practice of law in this State on an interim basis by order of the Court dated June 6, 2007, in SC88517;

The Court finds that Respondent is guilty of professional misconduct and should be disciplined;

Now, therefore, it is ordered by the Court that the said Patrick D. Beeman is hereby disbarred, that his right and license to practice law in the State of Missouri is canceled and that his name be stricken from the roll of attorneys in this State.

It is further ordered that the said Patrick D. Beeman comply in all respects with 5.27 - Notification of Clients and Counsel.

Costs taxed to Respondent.
