ORDER
Now on this date, the Court being sufficiently advised of and concerning the premises, and having considered the joint stipulation of facts, joint proposed conclusions of law and joint recommended discipline filed by the parties herein, the Court finds that Respondent, Collette N. Lewis, violated Rules 4-3.3(a)(1), 4-3.3(a)(3), 4-3.4(b) and 4-8.4(c) of the Rules of Professional Conduct and should be disciplined;
Now, therefore, it is ordered that Respondent, Collette N. Lewis, is hereby suspended from the practice of law and that no petition for reinstatement shall be entertained for a period of six months from the date of this order.
It is further ordered that the said Collette N. Lewis, comply in all respects with 5.27 - Notification of Clients and Counsel.
Costs taxed to Respondent.
