In Re: Timothy J. O’Leary, MBE No. 44941

ORDER

Now at this day, the Court being sufficiently advised of and concerning the premises and having considered the joint stipulation of facts, joint proposed conclusions of law and joint recommended discipline for discipline filed by the parties;

The Court finds that the Respondent violated Rules 4-8.3(a) and 4-8.4(c) of the Rules of Professional Conduct and should be disciplined;

Now, therefore, it is hereby ordered by this Court that the Respondent, Timothy J. O’Leary, is hereby reprimanded.

It is further ordered that Respondent comply with all terms set forth in the stipulation for discipline filed by the parties herein.

Costs taxed to Respondent.
