ORDER
Petitioner’s petition for reinstatement following suspension for failure to pay taxes sustained. Petitioner, having presented sufficient evidence that the matter is satisfactorily resolved, is ordered reinstated as a member of The Missouri Bar in good standing subject to the term of probation reflected below.
The Chief Disciplinary Counsel having filed a report and recommendation advising this Court of its finding, after investigation, that Petitioner, James L. LaSalle, violated Rule 4-8.4(d) of the Rules of Professional Conduct; and
The Court finds that Petitioner is guilty of professional misconduct and should be disciplined;
Now, therefore, it is ordered by the Court that the said James L. Salle, be, and he is hereby, reprimanded.
The report and recommendation of the Chief Disciplinary Counsel filed herein further advised the Court that Petitioner has completed a drug rehabilitation program.
Upon recommendation of the Chief Disciplinary Counsel and the acquiescence of Petitioner, James L. Salle is hereby placed on probation for a period of two years from the date of this order. The terms of probation are those set forth in Rule 5.225 and on pages 5, 6, 7 and 8 of the report and recommendation of the Chief Disciplinary Counsel filed herein.
Costs taxed to Petitioner.
