In re: Travis J. Mask, MBE No. 44544


ORDER


Now at this day, the Court having reviewed the information and motion for final order of discipline filed by the Informant herein pursuant to Rule 5.21(c) and being sufficiently advised of and concerning the premises; and

The Court finding that Respondent has pleaded guilty to two counts of the class B misdemeanor of driving while intoxicated and the class A misdemeanor of careless and imprudent driving, misdemeanors involving moral turpitude, after having successfully completed probation previously ordered by this Court for alcohol related offenses in Case No. SC88434; and

The Court finding discipline should be imposed;

Now, therefore, it is ordered that Respondent, Travis J. Mask, is hereby suspended indefinitely from the practice of law and that no petition for reinstatement will be entertained for a period of two years from the date of this order. In addition, no petition for reinstatement will be entertained until Respondent has completed within six months of applying for reinstatement, and at Respondent’s expense, a court sponsored driving while intoxicated program, or an equivalent program, approved by the Office of Chief Disciplinary Counsel.

It is further ordered that Travis J. Mask, comply in all respects with Rule 5.27 – Procedure Following a Disbarment or Suspension Order.

Costs taxed to Respondent.
