In re:  David C. Murdick,   MBE No. 64049


ORDER


WHEREAS, the Chief Disciplinary Counsel has filed an information and motion for final discipline pursuant to Rule 5.21(c) informing the Court that Respondent, David C. Murdick, has pled guilty to the class B felony of first-degree involuntary manslaughter in State of Missouri, Plaintiff, vs. David C. Murdick, Defendant, Jackson County Circuit Court Case No. 1216-CR04098-01, and said conviction is now final;

The Court finds that Respondent is guilty of professional misconduct and should be disciplined;

Now, therefore, it is ordered by the Court that the said David C. Murdick be, and he is hereby disbarred, that his right and license to practice law in the State of Missouri is canceled and that his name be stricken from the roll of attorneys in this State.

It is further ordered that the said David C. Murdick, comply in all respects with 5.27-Procedure Following a Disbarment or Suspension Order.

Costs taxed to Respondent.
