In re:  Warren J. Gladders,   MBE No. 27457


ORDER


WHEREAS, the Chief Disciplinary Counsel has filed an information and motion for interim suspension informing the Court that Respondent, Warren J. Gladders, pled guilty to three counts of violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2113(a)(d) and one count of violation of 18 U.S.C.§924(c)(1)(A) in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri in case no. 4:13CR485 CEJ and Respondent further pled guilty to five felonies in the Circuit Court of Warren County and the Court having considered said information; and

An order to show cause why Respondent should not be suspended from the practice of law pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 5.21(a) was issued by this Court on July 25, 2014, and Respondent failed to file a response to the same;

It is ordered that Respondent, Warren J. Gladders, be and he is hereby suspended from the practice of law pending the final disposition of any disciplinary proceeding based upon such convictions or misconduct that resulted in said convictions.

It is further ordered that Respondent immediately advise this Court when disposition of any appeal shall become final.

It is further ordered that Respondent, Warren J. Gladders, comply in all respect with Rule 5.27-Procedure Following a Disbarment or Suspension Order.

Costs taxed to Respondent.
