In re: Daniel D. Whitworth, MBE No. 28775
ORDER
Petitioner, Daniel D. Whitworth, having filed in this Court a motion to voluntarily surrender his license to practice law in this state; and
This Court had previously issued an order of interim suspension on October 18, 2013, in Supreme Court Case No. SC93712;
Petitioner having admitted in said petition that he violated Rules 4-8.4(b) and 4-8.4(c) of the Rules of Professional Conduct resulting in three felony convictions in the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri, Southwestern Division Case No. 3:14-cr-05013-MDH entitled United States of America, Plaintiff, vs. Daniel B. Whitworth, Defendant.
The Court having received the Chief Disciplinary Counsel’s report and recommendation filed herein;
The Court, thus advised, now orders that the surrender of the license of Daniel B. Whitworth be accepted and that said license be canceled.
It is further ordered that the name of Daniel B. Whitworth be stricken from the roll of attorneys in this state, that he be disbarred, and that his right and license to practice law in this state is hereby terminated.
It is further ordered that the said Daniel B. Whitworth comply in all respects with Rule 5.27 – Procedure Following a Disbarment or Suspension Order.
Costs taxed to Petitioner.
