Note: Catherine Earnshaw-Hobbs's probation terminated December 24, 2008 by order of the Court.

 

ORDER

 

Informant and Respondent having filed a stipulation of concurrence with the decision of the Disciplinary Hearing Panel advising that Respondent violated Rules 4-8.4(a), 4-8.4(d), 4-1.1, 4-1.3, 4-1.4(a), 4-1.4(b) and 4-3.2 of the Rules of Professional Conduct; and

 

The Court finds that Respondent has violated Rules 4-8.4(a), 4-8.4(d), 4-1.1, 4-1.3, 4-1.4(a), 4-1.4(b) and 4-3.2 of the Rules of Professional Conduct and should be disciplined.

 

Now, therefore, it is ordered that Respondent, Catherine Earnshaw-Hobbs, is hereby suspended from the practice of law for a period of six months. The suspension is stayed, and Respondent, Catherine Earnshaw-Hobbs, is placed on probation as provided in Rule 5.225.  The probation is for a period of one year from the date of this order. The conditions of probation shall be those specified in Rule 5.225 and those conditions set forth on pages 10 and 11 of the stipulation as to the facts, conclusions of law and recommendation to Disciplinary Hearing Panel filed herein on December 10, 2007.

 

Costs taxed to Respondent.
