Note: Mr. Mandelbaum's probation was terminated by Court order dated February 8, 2017.
ORDER
Now at this day, the Court being sufficiently advised of and concerning the premises, and this cause having been fully briefed and argued by the parties, the Court does find that Respondent is guilty of misconduct as a result of violations of Rules 4-1.15(b), 4-1.15(c), 4-1.15(d) and 4-1.8(e) of the Rules of Professional Conduct and should be disciplined;
Now, therefore, it is ordered that Respondent, David B. Mandelbaum, is hereby suspended indefinitely from the practice of law and that no petition for reinstatement will be entertained for a period of one year from the date of this order. Said suspension is stayed and Respondent is placed on probation for a period of two years from the date of this order. The terms of probation shall be the terms filed herein as an attachment to the decision of the Disciplinary Hearing Panel filed herein.
Fee pursuant to Rule 5.19(h) in the amount of $1,500.00 payable to the Clerk of this Court to the credit of the Advisory Committee Fund taxed to Respondent.
Costs taxed to Respondent.
