ORDER

Now at this day, the Court being sufficiently advised of and concerning the premises, and pursuant to the stipulation of concurrence with the Disciplinary Hearing Panel decision filed by the parties herein, this Court does find that Respondent has violated Rules 4-8.4(c) and 4-8.4(d) of the Rules of Professional Conduct and should be disciplined;

It is ordered that Respondent, Michael S. Lawson, is hereby suspended from the practice of law in this state and this Court shall entertain no application for reinstatement for a period of six months from the date of this order. Any application for reinstatement filed by the Respondent shall include verification of Respondent's payment of restitution of the sum of $10,950.00 to the firm of Withers, Igoe & Mullennix, P.C.

It is further ordered that the Respondent, Michael S. Lawson comply in all respects with Rule 5.27 - Notification of Clients and Counsel.

Costs taxed to Respondent.
