In re: Warren J. Gladders, MBE #27457
ORDER
WHEREAS, the Office of Chief Disciplinary Counsel filed a motion for final discipline pursuant to Rule 5.21(d) advising this Court that Respondent’s convictions of three counts of violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2113(a)(d) and one count of violation of 18 U.S.C. §924(c)(1)(A) in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri in Case No. 4:13CR485 CEJ and Respondent’s convictions to the commission of five felonies in the Circuit Court of Warren County are now final;
The Court finds that Respondent is guilty of professional misconduct and should be disciplined;
Now, therefore, it is ordered by the Court that the said Warren J. Gladders is hereby disbarred, that his right and license to practice law in the State of Missouri is canceled and that his name is stricken from the roll of attorneys in this State.
It is further ordered that Warren J. Gladders comply in all respects with Rule 5.27 – Procedure Following a Disbarment or Suspension Order.
Costs taxed to Respondent.
