In Re: David B. Mandelbaum, MBE No. 35420

ORDER

Now at this day, the Court being sufficiently advised of and concerning the premises and having considered the complete record of the Disciplinary Hearing Panel and order accepting agreed disposition and recommendation of discipline in lieu of a decision by the Disciplinary Hearing Panel filed herein;

The Court finds that the Respondent violated Rules 4-1.8(b) and 4-1.7(a) of the Rules of Professional Conduct and should be disciplined;

Now, therefore, it is hereby ordered by this Court that the Respondent, David B. Mandelbaum, is hereby reprimanded.

Costs taxed to Respondent.
