In re: David R. Alig, MBE #29219
ORDER
The Chief Disciplinary Counsel having filed an information and motion for discipline pursuant to Rule 5.20 advising this Court of its finding, after investigation, that Respondent, David R. Alig was censured by the State of Kansas pursuant to the opinion of the Kansas Supreme Court in Case No. 98,536, entitled In the Matter of David R. Alig, Respondent, issued on October 26, 2007; and
This Court issued a show cause order to Respondent, who did not file a response to said show cause order; and
The discipline imposed by the Kansas Supreme Court was the result of conduct that allegedly violates Rules 4-1.1, 4-1.5(a), 4-8.4(d) and 4-5.5(a) of the Missouri Rules of Professional Conduct, and
The Court finds that Respondent has violated the specified Rules of Professional Conduct and should be disciplined;
Now, therefore, it is ordered by the Court that the motion for discipline is sustained and that Respondent, David R. Alig, is hereby reprimanded.
Costs taxed to Respondent.
