Now at this day, the Court being sufficiently advised of and concerning the premises, having considered the motion for show cause order why probation should not be revoked filed herein and the Respondent’s failure to respond to the same;

                    

The Court finds that Respondent, James Dean McNabb, Missouri Bar No. 28952, has violated the terms of probation set forth in the order of this Court dated February 3, 2015, by the conduct set forth in the motion for show cause order why probation should not be revoked filed by Informant on May 5, 2015, and should be disciplined.

                    

Respondent’s probation as set forth in the order of this Court dated February 3, 2015, is hereby revoked, and Respondent is indefinitely suspended from the practice of law. No petition for reinstatement shall be entertained for a period of six months from this date.        

                          
It is further ordered that Respondent comply in all respects with Rule 5.27-Procedure Following a Disbarment or Suspension order.
