Note: Mr. Gamble's probationary period was terminated by Court order dated July 6, 2016.

ORDER

The Chief Disciplinary Counsel having filed an information and motion for reciprocal discipline pursuant to Rule 5.20 advising this Court of its finding, after investigation, that Respondent, Eric M. Gamble, was suspended from the practice of law by the Supreme Court of Kansas pursuant to the opinion of that Court issued on December 5, 2014, in the Supreme Court of Kansas Case No. 112,037 entitled In the Matter of Eric Michael Gamble;

Said discipline was the result of conduct that violated Rules 4-4.3 and 4-8.4(d) of the Rules of Professional Conduct; and

On April 7, 2015, this Court issued a show cause order to Respondent and Respondent filed a response to the same;

The Court finds that Respondent has violated the Rules of Professional Conduct and should be disciplined;

Now, therefore, it is ordered by the Court that the motion for discipline is sustained and that Respondent, Eric M. Gamble, is suspended from the practice of law in this state and that no application for reinstatement shall be entertained by this Court for a period of six months from the date of this order. Said suspension is stayed and Respondent is placed on probation for a period of one year from the date of this order.

The terms of probation are attached to this order.

Costs taxed to Respondent.
